Does it vacuum in the carpet?

Yes it does, however, it does struggle on rugs with long fibers

For those customers with i-phones, make sure you disable "auto-join" in the settings before attempting to sync the narwal with your LAN. The phone will attempt to hook-up with 5G again behind the scenes after you switch to 2.4GHZ and follow the narwal ap prompts.

This item was a real hype 2 years ago, but sadly they couldnt make it available worldwide at the time fast enough. now I see this for cheap now. But I wouldnt buy it because, it cant vacuum and mop at the same time. You have to manually swap to vac or mop mode by removing part. Also it does not have auto empty which is a huge drawback in 2023 as most high end vacs have it.
