- Prosecutors released new photos from 2020 that show Trump aide and co-defendant Walt Nauta moving boxes inside former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida. Trump is accused of taking classified national defense documents from the White House after he left office and of resisting the government’s attempts to retrieve the materials. Trump, Nauta and Mar-a-Lago property manager Carlos De Oliveira have all pleaded not guilty.

If any person removes classified documents from a secure facility without properly declassifying those documents then they can be charged with espionage even if it was done by accident. These videos show that these documents were not only removed improperly but that there was an attempt to hide the crime.

The blame goes to Bill Barr (he was in charge of the DOJ when January 6th happened), some blame does go to Merrick Garland, some goes to the various judges/appeals court judges for not making Trump wait until the end of his trial before he could appeal them. For this case a big part of the blame is Aileen Cannon (she's been helping Trump since she got this case). The 11th Circuit Court should have taken Cannon off this case (there is a huge conflict of interest). Last but not least our corrupt s. court has also been helping Trump. Saying Section 3 of Amendment 14 didn't apply. Taking the immunity case even though none of the previous Presidents had total immunity (if Trump would stop breaking the laws he wouldn't need total immunity either). Then they took 2 months to hear the case and are taking another 2 months to decide the case. Now were finding out justice Alito was part of the plot to delay the confirmation of Joe Biden. Nancy Pelosi got the Congress back to order to complete the count and that messed up Alito's plan. Alito also hug his flag upside down which was a signal to stop the steal. (According to Sidney Powell). We can't forget Clarence Thomas and his wife's involvement with planning the coup. And the HERITAGE FOUNDATION is a BIG part of the problem. The 3 Trump appointed justices are being reminded that they owe him (Trump). No one knows what to do with a serial criminal ex-president. And this was just his first attempt. If Trump gets back into the White House he's not going to have any baby sitters. He's going to fill all the positions with his loyal yes men and women. I agree. I think there's a huge chance of an assassination or at least an attempt if he gets back in office, which would instantly make him a martyr. And, we'd be left with a weak willed sycophant in office, because that's the only VP he can stand to have.

If we have learned ANYTHING from Trumps current NY case it's that we should allow his defense team to do and say whatever they want. All they seem to do is win the case FOR THE PROSECUTION. Thats no joke.

Wow I was going to vote for Trump, but now that I've seen these photos of a guy holding boxes my mind is changed.
It should, based on the overwhelming evidence in this case. The timing of the photos matters. Did you think Hillary’s email server was an issue? If so, you should be livid at how Trump treated classified documents.

@@StLProgressive What Clinton did was much worse. She had classifeid documents on an unsecured server that was exposed to the Internet. Anyone in the world could have accessed files on her server. Trumps documents were locked in a room in a building that had secret service protection.
