Cody Williams is not the guy he’s got intangibles and that’s about it, super raw prospect I believe he should’ve stayed back and bulked up. Colorado football team eats fabulously, I cant imagine the basketball team is that much worse off and his frame needs filling out at the nba level. (Yes Ik metabolism and basketball cardio plays a tremendous role but this off season he needs to hit the weights and bulk asap)
I believe we’d be better off trading up to 3 for risacher than trading up and giving up more for a top 2 selection for sarr. If we found a way to pick up a later 1st tyler smith would be the guy I agree.

That obviously didn't work because when it was crunch time, Rozier was always exposed as a poor defender due to his size. The same thing would happen with Sheppard. So with that being said, I hope they DON'T draft Sheppard, we've already seen that movie.👎
I'd much rather trade the pick and get Brandon Ingram honestly. Melo is the 1. Miller is the 2. No pick is too high if they hit. We need a forward. Risacher, Cody, Salaun, Matas, Tyler Smith, Ware... All of these guys offer defensive upside at that position. If any develop their shot... ⭐️. Tall Ball is the future of the league. Hornets should follow suit. I think people put way too much faith in a prospect being younger and assuming that means they have a higher ceiling. Statistics don't support it yet everyone buys into that narrative anyway. But if you just check the list of players that are considered the top 50 all time best, it's a majority of college upperclassmen and only a few freshmen or high school players
I think Matas Buzelis is gonna be a beast. I like Ron Holland and Cody Williams too. But I love Buzelis’ potential. He was the projected number one last year. Then he had one bad shooting season and people act like he’s un-draftable. I feel like Detroit is gonna draft him at 5 and I’ma be mad. But I’m a huge believer in his game.
I’ve been saying for months. I hope Charlotte can leave the draft with one of these 3 guys. Matas Buzelis, Ron Holland, or Cody Williams. I think the Hornets need size and shooting. Well we need everything, but I think those are the biggest needs. I think all of those guys will be great pros one day. And I think Buzelis would be PERFECT in Charlotte.
