I put on this video to motivate me to go do my workout today as im in a bit of a workout slump and i was NOT expecting that motivational speech at the end! Such a nice surprise and now im going to go KILL IT at the gym.
I’m actually scared of threading my eyebrows after one experience I had so I stick to waxing 😂 i loves the talk about confidence. I also feel like confidence is seen in different ways depending on the person which I guess also ties in to what you said about being our own person.
