The image that this mod uses for the moon was originally a Halloween model used in Guild Wars. They would temporarily replace the regular in-game moon with that model with the rictus grin, as well as add in creepy clouds of various monsters, pirate ships, etc. drifting by. Pretty neat to see it used again somewhere else.

Actually no. I'm the author of this map and I made the moon myself. It looks like the Guild Wars moon, but it's not the same. I did base my moon on the GW one though because I liked the way it looked.

Yeah, I think the image is from Salem's Lot and the roar sound is from SCP: Containment Breach, which is SCP-682's roar.

I love this campaign, it can be rough at times though. there's usually a tank and wich on every chapter and sometimes two wichs on the first chapter
