What an amazing man! My mother , RIP, graduated from Camden High School in 1959. She was a teacher and principal. This gentleman reminds me of her intelligent nature. We had so many conversations about Viet Nam. My father, RIP, was an Army Veteran that served as a combat medic in the Korean War. I miss his stories as well. Thank you for your awe inspiring words .

I was so admiring of this guy, but I am not for guns. We don’t have many in Australia and I’m glad. But his belief and lack of doubt just incredible . His success in business, as far as I can tell, comes from not doubting the mission. When he speakers of China at first he says, wonderful, wonderful. Later when he refers to China again, he says, careful, caution, etc., Why change? Because in each frame of reference he is positive. So when his company went to China and when he speaks of it he is positive. Amazing. I feel I am my own worst enemy. I have not achieved in my lifetime, what he has done in just one day of business. Mostly, because I doubt myself and the mission. There is always something wrong with building an airport in China. (Aggression and expansion of China) Or a new turnpike in Vietnam. (Spreading car culture) etc. I am just a dreamers. He also believes in God. So that must make it easier too, I guess. As he said, he’s been blessed. But I’m not having any of his guns...however, I’m not American. America is made by and of guns, I suppose.

Seems like a nice person. But these guys need to remember something in regards to their negative "unwelcome" back home. The American people were becoming increasingly aware of the unacceptable collateral damage caused by US operations over the years. We knew there was an unacceptable death and destruction of innocent civilian South & North Vietnamese and their property. We knew of well publicized massacres at the hands of Americans. We also knew of the atrocities that were committed by US serviceman against US officers called "fragging". Each of these veterans in these videos know about that. 800-1000 documented incidents or suspected incidents dating over several years of the whole war. One estimate is the death of 87 officers as a result.
Many of these guys may have been "saints" over there during their time of killing. But they all have to take responsibility as a collective group for the image I just described above. So...they need to quit their bitching about the American public and how "unfair" they were.

@@falconmoose1589 I don't think that he would advertise illegitimacy. And yes R&R in Hawaii was a real thing. Officers got to use an almost free hotel on the beach at Waikiki. There is still a hotel there for military vacations.
