Try some calming sensory activities with Mila before bedtime , some bubbles, painting, wooden toys like building blocks or puzzles and giving her a massage to help settle her at night. She may even be going through a sleep regression ❤
I love that the floor is so flat and smooth when they are out on their scooters 😆 My son is bobbing everywhere with all the bumps in these London pavements lol

Don’t be so hard on yourself you have done amazing, also breastfeeding makes it so difficult to gain weight as it burns a lot of calories. I can relate my daughter is a few months younger than Isla and was exactly the same - she wouldn’t want anyone but to constantly be in my arms. No one will ever know how had it is because us super mums never complain, ride it out and get on with. Well done you ❤
Try being a bit more firm with Mila and her dummy I get it she will be tired in the heat but she has it in her mouth constantly even when she speaks ask her to take it out to speak.Erin you are the boss not Mila...

there was some thing on Super nanny years ago you have to keep taking her to bed without saying anything if she cries she cries every time she gets up you keep taking her she keeps waking up because she knows your going to sit with her etc
Love the Dubai vlogs❤ but you defo need a camera holder. The ones for vlogging. The way the camera moves literally makes me feel like I’m gonna go cross eyed. It’s quite shaky.
You should do a chart it worked wonders with my kids and if she sleeps in her bed and goes to bed when you tell her reward her with something. You are a great mum you look fantastic by the way x
It regards to the post natal depression, that’s not something you would notice, it’s something others around you should pick up on honey. It was my friends mum who noticed with me and I went to the drs straight away. It’s hard but you seem to of come out the other side ❤ motherhood is hard xx
Thought you told Isla no more breast feeding, mixed messages, children need consistency otherwise you will not be able to do anything, it's good to give boundaries at this age x you shouldn't feel bad for bedtime, no TV or drinks either
I did tell her no more boob only at bed time. So she’s gone from being on my boob all day to once before she sleeps. It has worked perfectly. I have a big milk supply so to stop all of a sudden causes me pain and potentially mastitis as I tried this before and had 4 days of severe pain as my milk glands were swelling. So what works for you, maybe wouldn’t work for me and my child. We are all different and have different experiences of breast feeding and different ways of teaching our kids. This is why I would never comment or give parenting advice to another mother unless they asked

Isla always been a good sleeper but she was just soo clingy to me! Would get separation anxiety etc
Don't take your weight to seriously you are just naturally thin as long as you are healthy that's all that really matters!
