I quit watching your video just as soon as I see. You open the package with the beater knife rather than your benchmaid. I'm sure you're gonna be bragging up your benchmaid.

trying to compare a 6 dollar knife to anything other than sub 10 dollar knives is absurdly pointless. you dont compare a lamborghini to a prius

No, I have seen heavy use videos comparing the actual performance of these two exact knives. It would be charitable to describe the Benchmade outperforming the Ozark by even 30% and that was only up until the point that the Benchmade failed catastrophically and the Ozark did not.
They are very much comparable using the exact same tests, which is absolutely ridiculous given that the Benchmade is 1800% the price. They shouldn't even be in the same league when it comes to performance, yet the Benchmade was just a bit better, right up until its catastrophic failure.
To make a long story short, the Benchmade is obviously the better knife if you exclude its price, but it is not anywhere near as good as it should have been compared to the Ozark. A knife is a tool, not a display piece. If your knife fails as a tool, it fails as a knife. If you wouldn't use your Benchmade to pry out staples, cut up PBC pipe etc. because you are afraid to damage it then it is a failure as a tool.
Seeing actual performance testing of this Benchmade vs the Ozark was an eye-opening experience.
