Even if I managed to make my own dress for prom, I wouldn't trust myself to actually wear it to prom because I'm sure it'd fall apart in like 0.00000000001s.

Commission someone else or get classes seriously I learned to sew the basic in 2 weeks and it was so easy once I understood how it worked it was pretty simple now I’m a lot quicker too I recently made a simple fully lined no decor dress with a ruffled side with jeweled tulle on the bottom edge in 7 hours and a unlined basic pencil skirt dress with a center back zipper in 4 days only 2 hours a day. I’m not saying you’ll catch on right away but practice makes progress and it might be something fun to do in your free time. I design Halloween costumes, stage attachés, and wedding dresses for fun.

Many acrylic paint brands have a medium you can add to the paint that turn it into fabric paint. It is then hand washable and line dry. I have used it on ties and other things made with fabric.
She even said she didn't have video of her wearing it, just pictures with her friends. Honestly, the video doesn't show that much... it's more professionally cut then professionally filmed (with her talking over it and explaining things now).

I have seen similarly shaped skirts what noticed with the one here is since the bone was sewn to a fabric that’s reinforced with the outer material it has tendency to show when the designer/owner wore it.

I have seen similarly shaped skirts what noticed with the one here is since the bone was sewn to a fabric that’s reinforced with the outer material it has tendency to show when the designer/owner wore it.
