How are people commenting on this saying its a boring set and the MC ruined it? SPMC and Alix Perez are the GOATS in this scene and the selection is top draw.

But Yep, SP:MC and DRS are wicked. They know how to keep a crowd in a set without forgetting it is not their set, hahaha ;)
I've seen Alix Perez a few times and been to many, many dnb nights and this is legit one of the best sets I've ever heard

I wish I was part of that crowd. Everyone is just so chill, shuffling, nodding, just vibing to the tracks. Its really rare i go to a show and im able to just dance without fuccbois trying to mosh to future bass.... I hate the vibe in the US where people in the audience seem mad at each other

There’s a UK bass scene in the US, it’s underground though, you’ll never see more than 200 people at a venue which gives it a unique touch. Had the pleasure of seeing Mala and VIVEK in Denver, Colorado a couple years back.

I was there and I have to say that I did not hear the better set. live is the music to hear and feel much better. Alix Perez is amazing and that sound is unbelievable. March 30, 2018 we can see in Vienna where Alix Perez is (on my birthday 23). Thumb up for Alix:)

Can someone explain the DJ set up used here. I want to understand how is the mixer getting audio signal without RCA/Digital cables? I am confused.

It looks like a Djm - 900NXS and from what I could see, the digital inputs are out of view here. So they may as well be using those. In fact, you can barely make out a cable going into the spot where the digital inputs are on this mixer, at around 13:25.
