I was at this concert - I remember that it was delayed for 24 hours due to bad weather (it was a free concert) and I had to call my boss to let him know that I wouldn’t be able to come into work the next day(I had flown to Sydney from Perth to see the band). It was such a great night.
Crowded House are simply one of the greatest bands to ever exist. They are truly Antipodean - the incredible Finn brothers (Neil on vocals and one of the greatest song writers of all time; Tim was on Woodface, an album I adore) with Nick Seymour and Paul Hester, Aussie rock nobility. Every song off every album is genius. Vale Paul. We love you and miss you, mate.

That's where they had the last concert... was that it? yeah great band, and I was so devasted when the other bloke, band member hung himslef in Melbourne... I've heard them play live.. even back in NZ...
@@flamestergirl I was upset when Paul killed himself in Melbourne... Yes. I come from Te Kuiti and loved the place and the experiences... very different now!!! I am an ex computer engineer outside brisse. lived in Sydney for over 40 years... can't handle it now ...
