I honestly think you didn’t play long enough to understand the game fully. Weapon components are extremely easy to find. Its a targeting farming system. I think you were playing the wrong areas if you were trying to acquire a weapon. Yes the game has some bugs and issues as it’s in alpha but to be honest, Wayfinder is a game where you have to invest around 50 or so hrs to start seeing its true glory. That’s why most reviewers are giving it such a hard time. I believe u missed quite a bit. I personally think the game is amazing and a very unique experience that doesn’t follow the traditional mnorpg format. Its such a relaxed grind and i really enjoy that. Once they add more content, mechanic heavy encounters , and expand the open world, i think it’ll be a major hit. Just remember it’s a game where u have to invest decent amount of time to understand how amazing it is. And by the way, the combat is super fun which makes the fact that its very grindy not so bad. If you like a chill laid back kind of grind with a looter shooter/arpg feel then give it a try.
