Now, this gets even more crazy when you realize Licht did that final attack with only 1 out of all his swords ( the other 2 swords Asta has were also originally belonging to Licht). He also did that without a grimoire, while being only partially revived after being dead for 600 years, after using the highest tier forbidden magic, and basically the entire fight he was fighting while being in a coma. Dude sleepfighted both Asta and Yuno at the same time, and win while the original opening song was playing. He also never used actual spells in the entire fight. Only physical attacks, energy slashes and redirected mana .
Imagine what a beast Licht was in his prime.
Licht can body Julius in his prime and you can argue with the wall (the wall is me so it has ADHD and I will argue back)

@@cineva-wb1pk I am primarily talking about Julius as we see him in anime episode fighting with Patri. Of course, devils are open game since it's where powescaling goes absolutely bonkers, but it is inevitable that Licht would have some sort of defence in his prime since Elves seem to deal with Devils more than the humans.
@@vaishnavisingh9244 Yeah, anime Julius would be much weaker, but during the fight with Patri he even admitted he was holding back to not damage William's body, and if we take the movie into consideration, he was able to seal Conrad, together with the Imperial Sword. If Julius went all out it might have been different, but with what has been shown in the anime, Prime Licht is more powerful, also has acces to ultimate magic. If it wasn't for the Devil Heart, he would have killed Zagred
@@cineva-wb1pk Yep, also with him able to dabble into forbidden magic without consequences, it's likely that he can hold his ground against Devils. The current ones (I have only read some 10ish chapters into Spade Invasion arc but I am so excited to catch up) might get beaten by him but I severely doubt that later ones would fold.

Both of them didn't stand a chance at all against Licht in the manga, the anime changed it

Lmao Licht is such a maniac fighter, like he took on both Yuno and Asta full force like he is entertaining toddlers. Power scaling is a bit wack right now, but I believe Licht can 100% take on Julius and beat him without much issue. I sincerely think he is one of the strongest people in the story till now.

it wasn't really a power up yuno. why the elf didn't take over him was already explained in detail in the manga. I'm looking forward to the new season, so that finally the anime only will understand that it was not for nothing. tabata (author of black clover) is a genius at placing accents that fire later

Did anyone realize how yuno protected mimosa when Litch reflected back yunos attack
yuno waking up here is actually a very big ploy point it has a very strong reason you will see why later
Yeah all of the three swords are not compatible with any humans because it uses a huge amount of mana even whilst holding them. Hence only Elves like Licht can use them. But when Asta uses them, it becomes black because of the anti-magic influence.
No the anti magic comes from the devil remember. The swords are basically just a conduit
