I was asked not to come back to our 3 major tracks in our area by the owners and operators. They'd say "go put the car back on the trailer and dont come back until your caged " and I'd have to tell them I didnt bring it on a trailer, I drove it here an hour to hour and half... ( I didnt want to put a cage in it, the car was to nice a sleeper)... Big Chief, you already know all racing is all relative. Pulling a intake on a BBC is just not that big of deal and if you are careful you won't even have to replace the intake gaskets if you want to be a cheap skate and that sure beat the chance of tash dropping into a cylinder etc.
