The best pull fails video I've seen in a long time. The first time I've ever seen a turbine fail in any kind of racing. This video shows some safety features not used that I am surprised aren't mandated by now. Firstly, an onboard extinguisher system and secondly, wearing a HANS device to protect the driver's neck.
@6:00 The safety at these events is an absolute joke. If you watch these video's, many times the drivers don't bother to even strap their helmets on, have track workers standing in harms way, and this guy here @6:00 with his face shield up while running a blown alcohol machine. Way to go ace. Enjoy the burn center and numerous facial surgeries.
Wow, that 2 wheel drive on fire was scary! Most pulls I’ve been at have a fire truck or a tank of some kind to water track, they should have used something like that to pour water on it.
Damn that was sad to see that 2 wheeler burn up like that😭 I’m not a big fan of them but I know they’re nice look’n and those engines alone ain’t cheap neither was that body😬
6:02 several things WRONG here....1) how many gallons of alcohol were on board? 200 gallons??, 2) WHERE the hell are the fire people and medical help??, 3) its obvious NONE of the fire extenguishers were capable of putting out the alcohol fire on the car, what the hell were they using? 4) the people who put this pulling event on as well as the people in charge should be sued and never be allowed to put on another event.
I've been to several here in Tennessee and they all are severely lackey-daisy with fire fighting programs. Tell me these events do not need a commercial fire truck and crew on stand by for these things. This is a systemic country wide problem. Those stupid hand held extinguishers are like pissing on a forest fire. What a sad joke.
I’ve been involved in pulling for almost 30 years. We have an engine on standby for modified pulls and never had to bring them out. A couple cans have always done the job. The teams have tens of thousands of dollars invested in the tractors and wouldn’t put them on the track if the officials didn’t have the right assets. The drivers all have full fire suits on as well.
6:06 How come people are so taken by surprise when fuel does what it's designed to do? There's such a thing as being prepared...like having LARGE suppression capabilities, just in case...and people who know how to use them.
First time i ever commented you have done a great job putting this together hope its always good never on any post have i said anything but i had to here looks like you realy worked to make it good so i had to say something its a very good job
The guy that was on fire, what was his name and tractor? I tried listening but there was too much echo. Want to see if he fixed the tractor and raced again.
WTF the bloke driving the tractor has get off the tractor and grab his own fire extinguisher mounted on his tractor and try snd put the fire out. Every video i watch of these tractor and truck pulls there are hardly any fire extinguishers you see a whole lot of people standing around with their finger up there A with no fire extinguishers watching the the tractor or truck burn WTF. They should have at least 10 people each side of the track with fire extinguishers and be onto it straight away if not they should cancel the races until that happens and it's safe. Also seen people trying to put out the fires with their baseball caps and also trying to blow the fire out with there mouth and I'll say it again WTF.
Where was a damn fire truck! Makes you wonder if they had an ambulance...

At 7:00, glad they tended to the driver, frickin pathetic that there wasn't enough to put out his tractor. Bunk track.
6:00 bet that was the last time that visor was left up.

2:10 the driver's head is thrown around so hard their helmet came off. Doubt it was strapped.
6:32 “we need more fire extinguishers on the track!” Cletus over on the right starts undoing his pants. Hillbilly ingenuity at its finest right there.
Don't they have fire trucks at these events?

That's why y'all dummy need a fire fighters at the dang track that's why I am not pulling that's bs
One things obvious, with American pulling , the trackside crews are totally bloody useless.
so sorry to see his tractor burn like that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
😂😂NOBODY GONNA SAY IT??
I will, MAN THE CRUSIN MULE WAS FREAK’N CRUISIN 😂😂😂
Man what a good clips
9.27 what end up happening?
I wouldn't go to one of these events for $1000. Track safety is beyond poor.
That has to be the absolute worst thing I have ever seen one fire extinguisher you have to be kidding
in over 6 minutes what hospital was he taken

nice old stuff
Where is the safety crew? If you can't do better, end the show, this is not entertaining when safety is overlooked, big time FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!
Never forget - these people vote.
