Virgin Australia Inflight Experience

This trip report is about my flight from Melbourne to Rockhampton via Sydney. I flew Virgin Australia this time and absolutely recommend it on Australian domestic routes!
New aircraft, good route network, a friendly crew and an excellent price/performance ratio - what do I want more?
As a group we even had priority check-in and were allowed to sit together which was not possible on Qantas...
However, customers have to pay for entertainment and food. Considering that Qantas doesn't even have in-seat screens on (most) domestic flights, you can never be wrong by booking Virgin. I would always fly Virgin Australia again!

Sydney - Rockhampton: Embraer E170

Mate that was really well done...great rap for Virgin Australia...I am a frequent flyer with them and I must say the experience is much better...Ansett Australia were my fave until they collapsed...But recently Virgin Australia has won me...it was flying on V Australia that got me...if you ever get the opportunity to fly international on V Australia I recommend it.

Virgin Australia is also awesome for transpacific travel. They're better than Qantas I reckon, but only if you're in Economy.
