Do pin this: Reality is every person is harassed on the highway from the day amarnath yatra starts to the day it finishes. People are stopped in July heat for hours at banihal till hundreds of yatris do their breakfast which takes min of 3hrs..every vehicle is stopped.Imagine, no law,no order,it's harassment seen in much underdeveloped countries. The highway is right of every citizen but you get very narrow window of time to leave for Jammu or for Srinagar and traffic jams are horrendous coz all vehicles are allowed at one time. This is a failure of the system... Thousands of people are being suffered bcoz yatris have to pass by. This is unlawful and a sign of a much underdeveloped system run by very inefficient officers
