    HOMEMADE DOUGH IN UNDER 10 MINUTES
    We are excited for you to learn how to make our crispy and crunchy homemade crackers using cassava flour! Absolutely no gluten or grain flours. This healthy cracker recipe is amazing and the flavor combinations are endless! You can add herbs like rosemary or chives, or even make them sweet, such as maple, or add a cinnamon & monk fruit combination.
    Tips:
    Season with maple or cinnamon for a sweeter cracker
    Season with tomato and oregano for a pizza flavored cracker
    Season with your favorite go to seeds or spices!
    Flaxseed gives a more wheat-like taste.
    Serve them up with your favorite soup or salad in replace of croutons, with hummus, cheese or butter spread, or in a delicious bowl of chili!
    Be sure to allow the crackers to cool completely before storing them, or you’ll be adding moisture into the container and this may cause your crackers to lose their crunch.
    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
    2. In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients: cassava flour, olive oil, water, coconut milk , & salt.
    3. Continue mixing dough mixer or by hand until dough is the same consistency as play-dough.
    4. Roll dough in between two pieces of parchment paper into a thin square, about ⅛-inch thin, making sure it’s even throughout. Slide the rolled-out dough with the parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Using a pizza cutter (or knife) cut dough into squares of about 1-inch.
    5. Season to taste. (We added Salt, Garlic Powder, & Dried Oregano in the video).
    6. Bake for 12-17 minutes, remove from the oven, and allow crackers to cool.
    7. Sprinkle top with more seasonings as desired to taste & store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.

    1/4 cup water
    1 cup coconut milk
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    Seasoning (optional)
