I am sure most people throwing shade on ICT cant even do a fraction of what he does..

I was placing over 10 trades a day and my results were terible. One of the clear reasons that stood out for me was that my system does not produce 10 signals a day, so what was I doing anyway? I now trade max 2 trades on gold and 2 on GBPUSD. So max 4 losses a day and I usually win 2-2 a day with a 4RR ratio. Your system works! Now you have to work it.
Def the way to use FVG's when trading Forex. Higher time frames are essential. In indices, only a daily bias is required. FVG's work excellent for me on the 5m time frame.

@@haaaileey44 Backtest a weekly candle and break it down to at least the 1 hr chart. That's what this guy is doing essentially. Also mark up the weekly wick high and low. You'll notice that just like the daily wick high and low get passed 99% of the time the same applies to the weekly chart. I've posted this information on ICT's video's since he doesn't mention it at all so that way everyone is getting all the information. Hope you enjoy the explanation!

I think he put the trendline there to prove the point that a trendline can be broken and trick retail traders into thinking that price was going higher but in actuality it was a false breakout because price was actually reaching the fair value gap.
Respect to him, but what he is explaining is the HARDEST way to trade. There’s no excuse to wait “weeks” for a setup. The most consistent traders are scalpers.
