My curls are pretty similar to yours, I used to buy argon oil and from Trader Joe's now I just get it in a giant bottle from Amazon along with a jojoba oil, mix the 2 and use them both on hair and as a body oil as soon as I get out of the shower or if I've already towled off mix it with body butter. I prefer body care unscented so it works great for me, coconut oil was too heavy for my hair on a regular basis but it's great to add in if your a little sunburned helps heal up faster. Also I agree, oil in your hair to help give the best blowouts ever 💯
I wish high school me knew what to do with my hair! Instead I chopped it all off. 😂 The coconut oil is a little heavy, so maybe I can try a jojoba oil.
You could also try monoï oil. A french polynesian girl told me about it in high school. I had the same troubles but coconut oil was too heavy greasy on me + headaches. Real monoï oil is lightweight fast absorbing and hydrating. Genius for dry body, hair, scalp. The scent is divine!!! Bonus : semi-hot monoï bath helps cool off during heat waves. It has been my go-to from may to october for 20 years 😊 . Bye from France.
@@alessandraflores9289 Thank you!! I learn so much for all of the lovely people who find my videos!! I will check out monoi oil! Also!! Hello in France from the US ❤ 🇫🇷
Spending my after work morning time with you! Ohhhh! Loving the eye look!!! Patchouli! 🤣 In the 80s, the back of Spencer's gifts smelled like incense and patchouli and it had blacklight posters 🤣 OMG Helldivers 🤣🤣🤣 Yes, girl. Proud of you for not buying the Jellypop primer! Hey puppy! Love our chats! That palette is stunningly beautiful! That blue/green duo is so pretty!!! And the purple definitely has my heart! Would love to know your thoughts on the doublewear. That foundation has been on the list for awhile! I'll always be a full coverage girly. That is such a a great idea for your body oil. I love Dr. Teals. I love their lavender spray. I use a soft T-shirt over my eyes when I sleep. I can't deal with a sleep mask. I spray my tshirt with the lavender spray. I feel like I need to try the almond body oil. You did so well with your purchases!!! I feel like after this year, I won't count body products either. I do now because I have so many old products that I need to use up before buying new.
Spencers always smelled like plastic to me. LOL. Like the blow up plastic chairs. 😂 Maybe I'll do a GRWM using the double wear for the first time so I can capture my reaction. LOL. I HATE the smell of lavender. So you can keep that to yourself! but I will some times pull my bonnet down over my eyes if it's too bright in the morning. You are doing so well with your low/controlled buy!!! ❤️
Hi Erin! Excited you recieved your yesstyle order! I just cracked my long hazel mascara open the other day and I've been loving it so much! Keeps my curl all day, does not move and lashes look gorgeous all day. Anua is pronounced like ah-noo-ah by the way!
Loving your empties! I bought the hair oil, never tried oil and my hair is dry and freezing. I saw the palette from Natasha Denona and I think I will buy it lol 🤣. That woman always get my money. ❤❤❤❤
This wax is so easy to use and the price isn't bad either. They sell Gigi at Ulta also if you want to look for it in store, but we know everything is more expensive at Ulta. I don't try to do my whole armpit at once, but rather do sections since I am doing it on myself. 😄
OMG I love your shirt!! Totally not TMI, I've used an epilator on an underarm because I'm awkward with wax under my arms. Have you tried the INM Out The Door topcoat? It's my holy grail. Awe, I just want to snuggle with Jayne and his cuteness!! 🥰 Girl math 🤣 Oh, that Basic Witch palette is stunning. YES! Oil on dry hair is a total game changer. I frequently use argan or jojoba oil in my hair. Oh and I got that dummy battery and it has made all the difference. Thank you so much for that suggestion!!
I have an epilator and I can't hang. LOL. 😱 I'll have to look for the INM topcoat. Is it super quick dry? I am loving my hair oils!!! And I'm so glad that the dummy battery works for you! It was a game changer for me. No more "oh my battery is dying so I need to hurry up." 😂
Another waxer over shaving girl! I will occasionally shave if I must, but I've been waxing for years and tend to leave arms and legs to grow free for 6-8 weeks in between.
I'm the same with shaving my legs with a razor, maybe every 6-8 weeks but I do use clippers/electric shaver every few weeks to trim up my legs. I will also use the clippers on my arms too. My family is from Eastern Europe so I have more hair that I know what to do with. 😂
Idk if it exists in other countries (hey from Scotland btw!) but I use something called Germolene on those under skin spots/acne (I pop a generous amount on at night before bed and the next morning it almost always has a head) & I just repeat the process every night and it turns a week long fight into a few days! It has antiseptic to keep clean and a general anaesthetic to help with the pain. It’s used here for lots of things and Is really affordable. I go through it on cuts and scrapes and stuff too!
I can get that on amazon but it's not a common product over here. It kind of looks like neosporin with an anesthetic added! Thanks for the tip!! I hate those painful under the skin spots. 😩
I love your videos and the foundations you picked out I love as well. I am a more full coverage girl so you may want to add a little bit of the Estee Lauder foundation to the Fenty foundation if you want a little bit more coverage or even just in certain areas, thank you Erin for wonderful content and I love the Tangents , keeps it real .
I'm so happy that my tangents are enjoyed. LOL!! I also can't wait to try to mix my two new foundations and see what kind of look I get! Thank you so much for your kind words and support. ❤️
Yes girl you've gotta save for black Friday, and I'm so tempted to pick up elf primer, but I have so many so I'm going to refrain. I am back on my full no buy and it is not hard with the room full ofI have😂. You used that concealer up it seemed quickly, but I guess it was still allot of use. I've never tracked usage but I do know when blush is the devil😂😂 it is so hard to use up
@@erintaylorwrites yes you for sure got your money's worth. I use concealer as foundation often for work, I just don't wear foundation at work it is too hot for all that.
I feel like I “empty” my sponges when they start to get rips or tears, is that also when you consider yours done or is there something else I should be looking for?
That is what I look for too. the DSMD Shop sponges wash up really well so I don't have to worry about retiring them for being dirty. So when they start to have rips and tears is when I consider them done. I have had other sponges in the past that stain and won't come clean and that makes me want to retire them sooner.
@@erintaylorwrites ok perfect, just making sure I’m doing that right. I was my sponges every time I use them to avoid chance of spreading bacteria or anything so they do get tears sooner then I wish so I’ll have to check DSMD out!

I got the powder on Yes Style also! They sell so many other InnisFree products there, it's amazing! I do like the oils, but there is something very satisfying about a cleansing balm. I like the feel of them. 😂
I love this type of video. I put it on in the background and listen while cleaning or doing administrative tasks.
