Dr evil doesn't really move the plot he just sets up the urgency and then it cuts to Austin moving through the plot and cut back to Dr evil making a joke. Thats basically the whole mini me song sequences are, those scenes could be anything so they made it the funniest.
I heard in an interview at 2:48 when he’s doing the childish Talk, they kept the camera off Seth Green because he couldn’t stop smirking and laughing 😂
Possibly the best scene in one of the funniest movies of all time. Since I heard Mike Myers based the character of Dr. Evil off of Lorne Michaels, everytime I see Michaels now on SNL, I can't help but crack up!
My wife met Mini Me back in 2003 at the World Of Wheels car show in Pittsburgh at the Convention Center. She was pregnant with my first son who is now 19. She waited in line to see him for 1hr and a half. She got her pic taken with him. Was a super nice guy. R.I.P Vern.
