"sometimes in order to get a miracle, you need to accept that you need one." Powerful story guys, proud of you for putting this much needed perspective into the world with grace.
Thanks for sharing the reality and being vulnerable during the journey. You are a great teacher to all of us who have an interest in the outdoors. Keep up the good work, inspiration and honesty. Well done Connor, Isaiah, Ryan, Bryan and Riley.
Full body chills. The POV footy... Breaking down the stigma of being in an avalanche and using this difficult situation and sharing your experience is so important for the ski community. Thanks for your bravery and being willing to be vulnerable in this.
That was an incredibly well made film about an incredible story. The way you handled such a difficult situation both in the rescue and in the making of this film was so inspiring. Keep at it and I can't wait to see what's next!
Phenomenal film, it can be very hard to make viewers emotional in this day and age, and I can wholeheartedly say this made me feel so many different emotions. I am so thankful, without ever even knowing of him, that Ryan was able to make it out with his life, much less with the ability to ski in some capacity. Chapeau - Clayton
Way more blood than should ever go into a ski film, but that’s the power of these stories we never wanted to tell. I appreciate all you put into this and all it allowed us to share with each other over the last year and a half.
I couldn't be more proud and in awe of you guys and your ability to take back your story, and share in your healing journey for everyone to witness. Beautifully done.
Very impactful film that really looks under the hood at the inglorious aftermath of an avalanche incident: first aid, evacuation, long-term recovery, and emotional trauma. Well-executed rescue and great filmmaking with a solid message!
So glad that you survived, and that you were able to take your story back and tell it your way. No words when watching those avalanches hurtle you down the mountain.
Thanks for making the most impactful piece of ski media I've seen in a real long while. Appreciate that you're putting yourselves out there for this, it's an important story to tell and far easier said than done. Silverton is an incredibly special place but not an uncomplicated one, even for those of us like myself that are only perennial visitors.
I didn’t think about the gravity of this situation when I first heard about it. This was so scary to see through your perspectives. I’m so glad that you guys are okay. This film was so well put together it helped me understand just a bit how you guys could have felt up there on that mountain. Thank you for sharing your story. I love you bro.
Going into my History of Skiing/Snowsports course next semester in a unit on snow science, avalanches, and accidents. This is terrifying. So glad you are all OK.
I got avalanched inbounds a few years ago. Scary as fuck. Partially buried up to my armpits. Took along time to dig myself out. Watching your drone footage gave me the creeps. Glad you guys are alive.
What an incredible journey you two have made together. Your display of respect and appreciation for the land was beautifully captured. Not to mention your respect and appreciation for each other curated through this experience.🫎
Ski cutting is about my least favorite thing about a big spring drop. Unreal footage from an almost perfect day. Do we have the recent conditions for that day? Ski cut on rap for the win. The second avalanche looked like it went bigger and swept over that rock patch. Props to SAR for the life saving rescue. We talk about ascending the line when possible if risk is low enough, or checking the snowpack on the way up to assess in a few spots.

Wouldn’t know how to tell stories as well we do if it weren’t for the ones we’ve lived and told in these mountains with you brother
One of the most powerful moments. U carried him through. We are all family from the first step forward on the skintrack.
Thanks for sharing the reality and being vulnerable during the journey. You are a great teacher to all of us who have an interest in the outdoors. Keep up the good work, inspiration and honesty. Well done Connor, Isaiah, Ryan, Bryan and Riley.
Connor is one of the best mentors we have in being in relationship with the mountains, and all of our natural spaces. Another great film!
Thanks for sharing a very vulnerable and honest take on having an accident in the mountains. Beautiful film and storytelling.
Thanks Chris, your storytelling is an inspiration to me so that means a ton. Hope to chat about both our films more on the skintrack in January.

So many tears and emotions watching this. It is an honor to have you three in my orbit. Thank you for sharing and for taking care of each other.
Thanks for being part of our ski community Court, you’ve been believing in me since day 1

There was (maybe too much) blood, sweat, and tears that went into this film. Thank you all for watching 🙏

Keep doing the good work brothers - these are the stories people need to feel 🙏🏽
God bless you, Isaiah! You’ve made another great fim. Hope to ski with you sometime again. ⛷️
I couldn't be more proud and in awe of you guys and your ability to take back your story, and share in your healing journey for everyone to witness. Beautifully done.
Really powerful stuff. I’m glad you all made the right choice to tell this story, and the events that followed, in the most honest way. Love you all!

Couldn't be excited and proud to see this one out in the wild! Thank you for continuing tell meaningful stories in radical ways.
Thanks Joe, it’s a heavy one but an important one and we’re really grateful it is out there for the community now.
A powerful story told through a beautiful film. We need more of this style of storytelling in our lives: honest, vulnerable, brave. Cheers guys! 👏👏👏
So glad that you survived, and that you were able to take your story back and tell it your way. No words when watching those avalanches hurtle you down the mountain.
Thanks Rodeo, we’re glad to be back in community to share. Let us know next time you’re pedaling through these mountains.
