Nice instruction Mike, really helpful. Easy to understand. I love the tips on posture and shoulder turn, I can practice these drills at home too, not just at the range.
Love your senior tips. I have watched all three and have certainly gained distance with my driver and irons. Would you do a senior tip on ball position please. Thank you.
Hi Mike. I hear you, but there are limitations. I'm strong, fit and agile for my age. I ski, cycle, kayak and hike. But I'm 70 years old. No amount of practice will erase the effects of 45 years in desk jobs. I have found that standing as straight as I can helps a bit, but as I said, there are limitations. From my observation, they apply to a lot of seniors, some much more than me.

Hi Michael! Yes, that's exactly the idea. Thank you for watching!
Good posture makes sense, never considered that it would inhibit shoulder turn. Sort of like a straight axle vs a bent axle. Great video thanks Mike!
I hope it helps Bob, thank you for watching!
Very good tips. Will try to practice it when going to the field next week
Thanks Sergio!

Very Nice course tkancks!!
Hi Arnaud! Glad you like it!
“Mirror mirror in the wall... dang it! Got to get this right!”
I’m bending my back at set up. Ugh.
Watched this Sunday: wow-I see not having a neutral spine angle ... practicing this. Spine posture in my swing is killing my rotation.
Doggie presence is kind of scary, that would be a headache. Thanks for the tips, at 74 I sure need them.
Only senior golfers should be allowed to post senior golf instruction!
Ouch! I’m not that far off though Derek!
Don't hit the dog! He thinks you are boring and is not interested in posture or a neutral spine position. He looks real happy...
Harold Pohoresky, That dog is bored to tears... She went off to visit some of her golf buddies.
Good luck finding seniors who have your ramroad-straight spine.
Hi Jim, it’s surprising how many seniors can pull off good posture with a little practice.

The only way seniors can gain distance is thru equipment technology.
Too much on posture...get on with longer backswing info
Thanks for the tips - but please stop with the dog!!!
Sorry Pat, the dog’s staying!
Get on with it..
