My hair use to be a little under my butt and I cut it mid back length. Now it's almost shoulder length and I keep it in a bun so my family won't notice.
Curling time, since it's the only time my hair get floofy it'll be hard for them to tell if it's shorter or not

You’re hair looks so cute curly! I can never flat iron curl my short hair. It’s like impossible for me! Sometimes I use a smaller barrel curling iron and just wrap it around. But still I try too hard to make it perfect when really it doesn’t have to be haha.

This is the best flat iron curl tutorial I have seen yet even though it is an older video. I now have to grow out a bad haircut, and this technique makes it infinitely less painful!

I did a big chop over a year ago (profile pic) then went shorter bc of bleach damage and now I have the same exact cut you have in the video and my curls NEVER look right. I used the same flatiron I always tried using and omg it looks 1000x better using your tips and took little to no time!!! Thanks so much!

Oh my gosh! So so thankful for you! I chopped my hair due to damage in January, it’s now the same length as yours and I have a event on Saturday that I want to curl my hair for but it’s thick and short and hard to figure out & YOU JUST SAVED ME! Literally the only girl o found that has thick short hair and doesn’t use a million different & expensive products and tools! This was so helpful because you and I have almost the exact same kind of hair with the same level of bleach damage in the same areas and cut the same way! And i tend to struggle with curling my hair so this was very helpful

Oh my God. That section around 7:45 was so important! I was doing it so that it just had a flip without realizing, and I just *could not* understand why it wasn't curling. Ugh now i get it, thank you!
this turned out reeeeeally cute, my hair isnt as short its slightly longer but hopefully it turns out the same way yours did. the convenient thing is is that you did it with a straightening iron

You've shown me a technique that is easier than others I've seen and your results are better, too! I have thick, dark hair, like yours, and I wanted to find how to make loose waves without over-poofing my do and not applying a dozen different products. I will find a flat iron and break up with the old 90's curls!!
