Blueberry cake
recipe:
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup milk
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup blueberries
method:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix together the wet ingredients
3. Add in the dry ingredient and stir until fully combined (try not to overmix the batter)
4. fold in blueberries
5. Pour into a loaf pan
6. Bake for 55 min
7. Once it's done baking let it cool
8. Slice and enjoy!
