In the past you must wear those kind of headpieces to identify yourself as a royal family member and normally made of gold and silver with diamond installed in the middle of it. Every diamond placed in a Tiara or Mahkota can't be just a normal diamond. It has to be something with a magical power. Meanwhile, headpieces for the usual people are made of clothes. Headpiece is one the most important outfits for almost every ethnic group in Indonesia. Even more important than shirts. In my original tribe and many others, we don't wear shirt for males, We usually wear 3 pieces of sarong (a loose cloth) to cover our waist up to the knee (No shirts on) and of course a headpiece. In my own tradition (Sasak in Lombok) headpiece isn't just an accessory. Those headpieces (crowns) she wore called Tiara for females or Mahkota for males. In the past you must wear those kind of headpieces to identify yourself as a royal family member and normally made of gold and silver with diamond installed in the middle of it. Every diamond placed in a Tiara or Mahkota can't be just a normal diamond. It has to be something with a magical power.
Meanwhile, headpieces for the usual people are made of clothes.
Headpiece is one the most important outfits for almost every ethnic group in Indonesia. Even more important than shirts. In my original tribe and many others, we don't wear shirt for males, We usually wear 3 pieces of sarong (a loose cloth) to cover our waist up to the knee (No shirts on) and of course a headpiece. In my own tradition (Sasak in Lombok) headpiece isn't just an accessory. It is actually more as a symbol that you appreciate your head and to prove that you are responsible to protect it even from the heat.
Headpiece is the very first thing you wear when you're born. Your parent will have it made for you a month before you even born.
Nowadays, everyone can wear any kind of royal headpieces during their wedding ceremony and many other special occasions.
Traditional costumes worn in the video:
1. From the ethnic group (Tribe) of Dayak in Kalimantan called Ta'a (for females) Sapei Sapaq (for males). Their headpieces are made of Hornbill feathers. This is just one of the many traditional costumes belong to the Dayak tribe.
2. I think is from the Kohongian tribe in Sulawesi Utara. This us just one of the many of them in Sulawesi Utara.
3. Based on the headpiece she wore, I think it is from the Asmat tribe called Sali made of bark and decorated with cassowary and bird of paradise feathers. Again, there are so many other traditional costumes in Papua.

Yang kami komentari adalah kalimat awal 'Indonesia is the most beautiful land in the universe'. Setiap narasi itu muncul, coba perhatikan mimik para reaktor, bahkan ada reactor Aussie yang akhirnya menyebut banyak hal hal fantasy yang di angkat di MV bahkan hal2 bernuansa adat di komentari fantasy juga. Hal2 seperti itulah yang coba kami luruskan melalui komentar kami yg cukup panjang tersebut.
