I love how well you both communicate and Ryan is so patient with you. It is looking stunning. I love Hampton style myself. Would love to know where you're getting your furniture from and at the end can you do a total cost breakdown to build your dream home. I can imagine when the girls grow up and ask the beautiful memories you'll get to make there. Lots of great content organisation blogs as well. ❤

@StephPase. no not at all. Just the way you both communicate is lovely to see. You can tell you both are the best of friends and you work well tog that's all. He doesn't ever make you feel like you asked a dumb question or that you don't know what your talking about just because he is the in the building industry. At least that's how it came across.

Your house is coming together so beautifully. I’ve now been involved in building 2 homes and there are always ‘things’ you wish you’d done differently, so it is great that you can take your time and rethink things during the building process and it’s not going to be charged out to you as ‘variations to the contract’ blah blah. That was so annoying. Honestly could NOT tell the difference with filming on your iphone - hope that isn’t too depressing to hear after re-ordering your good vlogging camera. Lastly, I’m making a commitment to watch and rewatch as many of your videos as I can to help your TH-cam funds grow that little bit more to help make it all happen that little bit sooner.
It’s getting there Steph love the Venetian Plastering it’s gorgeous. I like the bigger skirting boards too looks heaps nice. Like the pretty pennies you guys chose for the cabana very cute. Thanks for the update very nice. A shame about ya camera dam it lol. 😊

Don’t worry Steph, my partner told me our house reno would take about a year and a half. It’s coming up to 7 years and it’s still not finished 🙃
Everything looks awesome. Just aware of wet feet going up and into the toilet room. Don't want people slipping and falling over. I guess if you're using outdoor tiles it should be fine.

Haha I meant because Ryan’s saying things won’t be set up for us to move in eg no wardrobe etc and Im saying I’m happy to live in a tent in the backyard in the meantime to get us being closer to moving in
