Hi - I am hoping you can answer a question for me. I use PowerPoint to create my Instagram posts. Very often the posts appear blurry, not sharp or clear, after being uploaded. Some posts consist of a colored background and text, others have a background, some photos and text. I save the finished design as a JPEG. The PP file and Jpegs look clear on my computer but not after they have been uploaded to IG. Why is this happening? Are there specific settings I should use when saving my files? Do PNG files work better than JPEGs? I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
Hi, when I get to the part for importing to Instagram it is saying that the video must be vertical or horizontal at 16:9. wht does that mean? your presentation says that it should be square! HELP!
Hi. This was done a while ago (2016) it's likely that the requirements for Instagram have changed. You can still use powerpoint. But instead of setting the canvas to square, leave the standard widescreen template in place. The video should be 16x9 .
Don't even try it if you're using PowerPoint for Mac, because "Note: When you export your presentation as a video, any narrated audio that was recorded in Slide Show will play, but other embedded media files won't play". I think when you were exporting you tried to upload video. once, video is exported then you can use it to upload.
