  • The red pin locks the blue arm.
    Push the green slider to unlock the blue arm and turn it to the new position. Then release the green slider to lock the blue arm.
    Two brown pins are used to limit the rotation angles.

    I wish I had half your mind the world needs you when all these computer controlled gizmos go wrong and nobody has a clue how to make a mechanical one

    Wow what an amazing design and what creativity

    this design could probably be improved on rotational durability with a second locking pin, if needed.

    Nice concept. Can u create new drawing and replace that shaft having holes with gear. So that it can be locked at different positions between gear teeth with the help of dowelpin. Please don't consider it as I am underestimating u. I am Electronics engineer and not mechanical engineer.

    This mechanical mechanism is too slippery, genius!May I share the model file?

      Video này làm trong Autodesk Inventor, Dynamic Simulation.
      Không cần phải vẽ lò xo mà chỉ cần chọn thông số lò xo, chương trình tự tạo ra lò xo có thể biến dạng được.

    Can we make it for 90 degree....

    • @faielgila7375
      @faielgila7375 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Seems simple enough, just move the holes on the cylinder to be 90° instead of on opposite sides (180°)

    • @thang010146
      @thang010146  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes. Make 4 holes 90 degrees apart instead of 2 at the end of the blue tube and relocate the short brown pin (stopper).

    Merci Thang! C'est très clair!
    Sur certaines des Cicars-Box-Guitars que je fabrique, je rajoute des pieds amovibles qui se replient sur le côté de l'instrument avec un système similaire à ton animation. Mais j'utilise plutôt une fine lame d'acier à la place des ressorts spiral, je trouve que c'est plus discret et demande moins de matière.
    Merci pour tes travaux!

      Yes. Flat spring instead of helical spring: good idea.

    Do these files not include the animation or am I doing something wrong when I upload them into Fusion360?

    • @thang010146
      @thang010146  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Only Inventor files include animation.
      You must open them in Autodesk Inventor.

      @@thang010146 I’m sorry to contact you again but I downloaded Inventor and I was able to open up the files but I still can’t figure out how to animate it like you have it on here.

      Click Environments, Dynamic Simulation.
      Then in Simulation Player window click Run or replay the simulation.
      As for how to set up the simulation, that's a long story. You have to take the Autodesk Inventor course about it.
