Amazing! Love it! I learned how to crochet from my great grandmother. I was 7 years old and she was 81 yers old. She would have been over the moon to learn this stitch. At 81 she was all about learning new things and sharing what she learned. She lived to 105 years old.

Great tutorial. ! It’s so frustrating for me when I’m learning a new technique in crochet because I’m advanced so if I look up “Beginners C2C” I find loads of videos for people who have just begun to crochet and the videos are very slow and include so much information that I’m not looking for! I just need a quick basic tutorial! And this was absolutely perfect thank you so much! Quick and to the point but also clear!

I too struggled to keep up and so this is my third listen. I got the parts of the C2C down but not turns - the orientation. But I've discovered that on the bottom of the video window, is an icon that looks like a gear. It brings up a settings menu. You can slow the speed down. At .5 she sounds a bit drunk but at .75 it's quite nice. A good learning speed! Enjoy.

I slowed it down to 0.25 because I kept falling behind. At this extreme low speed I figured out that it is hard to follow not because the speed. Rather it is because sometimes she pauses her speech and does e.g. three double crochets and only after she has done the hand movements she announces what she has done.

Ok. A tip for anyone feeling discouraged while trying this because you're confused: orientation is key. You need to have it lined up straight with your wrist just like how she has it, you will get in a rhythm of it later but when you're starting out you need to pay attention to that. Also the clusters will look like crazy tendrils, that's totally fine, you're doing great and it look beautiful!

I’ve wanted to try c2c for years and I did haha I gave up! I never got further than turning to create the next row but your video has been awesome, I’m about 8 rows in and I can’t believe I didn’t find you sooner. Thank you. I’m now a subscriber as I try to create my first c2c blanket for my first grandbaby due soon! ♥️

Thank you for such a lovely clear tutorial. I'm not a new crocheter, but this way of doing things is new to me and trying to follow a pattern just had me giving up in frustration as I simply could not work out where the stitches went after the first cluster. It's really lovely that you also showed how to change colours in this design as well.

Oh thank god I found your video. I was about to give up learning how to do the C2C. I've watched other videos and they just dont make sense to me. But your video is clear and makes sense to me.
I haven't quite got round to the end of this video yet as still practicing with the beginning of the C2C before getting to the end of this video.
Thank you so much for this video. It's helped so much.

Thank you. I’ve watched several videos about the decrease. This is the first one that I understood. I was making it more complicated than it is.

this was a really good, clear tutorial - got it straight away so many thanks! The difference that has made this easy for me was chaining the 6 and doing the three double BEFORE turning the work - great, thanks

Thank you! I had done C2C previously and had some trouble. The edge wasn’t coming out straight. I was refreshing my mind with your tutorial and that part at the beginning of each row with THE FLIP has solved my problem. Awesome video!

I am new at crocheting and dont understand the lingo so its easier to watch a video og how to actually do it. Your video was the first that explained it in a way that I could understand it, without getting a lesson on how, what, and why
