Interesting that they said you don't have BL shows in Korea when there is shows like Semantic Error, Cherry Blossoms After Winter , Light on Me and To My Star that are all really good BLs from Korea. I know most of them have come out recently but they are there. Or are they not really broadcasted there? Not sure how that works. But Semantic Error is one of my all time favorite bls.
Although there are several Korean BLs, none of them have the format of a series or Kdrama, usually most of them have few short chapters and in the end they put them together to make it as a movie or have the format of a mini series or web drama also they were all aired on different platforms not on tv or any major television network unlike thai bl, I guess that's why they say they don't have bl shows in korea. Besides that have not had much diffusion or promotion among the general public in korea.

y'all really have to give I Told Sunset About You a chance i promise you it's worth it. very very worth it. from the acting to the cinematography of this series is just chef kiss. for me nothing can ever top ITSAY even though thai bls nowadays have improved in their sexual, kiss or nc scenes but nothing can top itsay sexual tension. and they do it without even doing over the top nc scenes. it's just so real. and itsay don't deserved to be just called bl series, it's a teen drama. queer teen drama.
plus they won best international film (if i'm not mistaken) at korea award for a reason.

i told sunset about you is my favorite bl. that series broke me into pieces but also give a butterfly effects on my stomach. it's just too good to be a series. i think they made it very very well, all the series aspects like acting, script, cinematography, even the soundtrack, all are amazing. highly recommended. you will never regret it.
