The bible speaks something along this idea in Timothy 3:2 regarding the office of a Bishop as being the husband of none wife. Now a Pastor is part of the 5 fold ministry it is not an office or title but denotes a type of ministry one performs. Pastors should be Bishops because of their place in the leadership structure of a church. It is also just good sense as you generally would rather not have a Pastor who is around a lot of available women as they may begin to wonder in thought and eventually sin.
