I was there today!!! Absolutely gorgeous to be back. I’ll go back in 2 weeks. I rode a lot of rides. El Toro was a very strange incident. Someone threw up blood it seemed like.
The new changes are great!
Really hope they fix up the skyway 🤞🏼🙏🏼. Dream street will look even more amazing with the gondolas going by it

We went to barnstormer first today and were told “I’m sorry, we found out just now it won’t be open today…. But this season!…Dont worry!” 😂😑

I just came back from great adventure and it was awesome! I ended up picking up the diamond pass with the sale and I'm so glad I did. I loved the speedy and preferred parking and the double ride bracelet was awesome! I'm probably gonna go again tomorrow lol
Served your dad multiple times in adventure alley snacks and funnel cake was fun to finally meet you guys at the park as well

Not sure about the new preferred parking set up because it was pretty messy today. We arrived arrived at the gate around 10:45 am and preferred parking line was massive and took us about 10 minutes to park once we passed the gate. Hopefully this will improve in the next few weeks or this could get really bad once the busy season starts. Might be better to park in the general parking spots if you see the line for preferred backed up like today.

Omg I missed the six flags loud music!!! I remember when I was there they played Stand by me the prince Royce version
I feel like they’re waiting to have all the parts to just build flash in one shot, I feel like it’ll only take a couple weeks at max to put it all up
I didn't even know about the double ride wristband until it was too late to bother :(
I had a good time, but I must say that the lack of places to get the drink cup filled without waiting in a massive line was pretty bad. I personally can't stand in long lines like that, if I'm not walking or sitting, my bones get mad and my chronic fatigue becomes a bigger problem earlier in the day. The line for the accessibility passes was literally too long and slow for me to stand in, thankfully I had other people with me who could, but I usually go to the park by myself.
I work at the safari and no they haven’t changed the station yet. They are supposed to be getting a new speaker system but mostly unchanged. New liveries for trucks and some equipment upgrade for tour guides and seatbelts.
Still opening the 30th. Hopefully

Looking great, very excited for our first visit in June from the Netherlands. Would you expect any rides to be closed mid June or not? Hope to ride at least Kingda Ka and El Toro 😁
By then, everything should be open! You may even catch Flash right at its opening too!

Yes, Chickies is gone. There was gonna be a replacement, but I heard now they aren’t replacing it with any restaurant.
The park was advertising Kingda Ka many days before opening day and now it’s not even open:(

Man this summer I'm taking my kids to a Cedar fair Vacations for their bday we will visit Kings island, Cedar point, King Dominion and Carowinds but we have time to visit 1 more theme park, but my kids cant decide between SFGA or Hershey park man.
Both are EXCELLENT parks, that’s a really tough decision!
@@ColiwoodStudios Yes for me I want to hold the title of been on the tallest coaster till Falcon Flight is build hahaha but I heard Hershey park is amazing as well.

Superman, Green Lantern, Kingda Ka, Mine Train, Log Flume, Skyway, Deja Vu, Barnstormer, Skull Mountain, Roaring Rapids, as well as a couple of smaller, kid rides

So lets see:
-A major section of the park, with two big coasters, is walled off with no indication of when (or if) it will open this year.
-The park has opened for the season and the new coaster (for this season) has not even gone vertical yet.
-The parks most iconic attraction is closed (I guess this shouldn't be surprising, but still).
-The Skyway is also walled off and abandoned.
-They built a big asphalt pathway with a plywood wall and absolutely nothing else to get you from one side of the park to othe other.
This company is really something else...so pathetic. I feel so bad for people with SF home parks, so much potential, such bad management.

I would’ve rode El Toro today but not only was the wait ridiculous also a little kid got a bloody nose and I’m not sure why. They took forever for the kid

While wearing the band, you can ride all rides 2 times in a row!
How do u get one and how much?
The Flash should open anywhere between June and August.
I plan to go Gadv August 6th and 7th as part of 2 week coaster trip and I have no confidence it will be open.

One of the workers informed me that they got tracks from Texas and Texas got our tracks for flash 🤫🤐💯

They aren’t really practical for a theme park setting

Only card is accepted. There are cash to card converters throughout the park
An update if you were one of the suckers like me who paid for the 2024 season Speedy pass add on to your Six Flags passes. Six Flags just recently announced that Speedy pass will be free for pass holders. No refunds from Six Flags Great Adventure but they will give you 4 skip the line passes for your donation. 😡 Useless for us since we have Flash Pass but at least I'm only out $20 because heard some people on the guest services line complain they had paid $50 for Speedy Season pass. SFGA gave me the number to call corporate since they were getting so many complaints and see if they will refund money. Corporate at first refused my refund and offered the same 4 skip the line passes but when I told them we had Flash Pass they said they will begin process for refund or at least mail us a $20 SFGA gift card. Wonder if this brings about a class action lawsuit?
Yeah just letting u know why you so repaint on the whole backstage area is basically because the renovating the whole place it’s not even open right now for employees

Um....What have they been doing with flash? I see the obvious work they've done, my question is why are they moving so slow??? Are they planning on opening in June or something? Smh with so.e ivertiya d double shifts they could have had Flash ready or at least testing in Late April
