    Hi guys, here's a small correction. I shared that the flowers of the garlic vine smelled like a mint, I am sorry for this. This is actually an error. On observing carefully, I noticed that starting from the stems to the leaves and to the flowers, it all smells like garlic.
    I am again sorry for this.

    I loved the glimpses of your garlic vines. They look like the purple beauties of your home. 💜 💜
    Do we really not need to change the container size if we are already placing our garlic vine in 14 inches of pot?

    • @ParthMayn
      @ParthMayn  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Naah you don't have to change the pot over and over again... Just remove the 5 to 6 inches of soil and offer the fresh soil to the plant in every 1 or 2 Years... Optionally you can trim the roots too without removing the plant from the container... I hope that helps!🙌💚

    Why three were purchased? Can't we propagate from stem cuttings? Are they three different varieties? Does this vine bear seeds? How many seasons it blooms in a year and when?

    • @ParthMayn
      @ParthMayn  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You know what😅 I was extremely crazy for this plant few months back! And I wanted to create a Garlic Vine jungle on my Terrace and I was so impatient to grow this plant from cuttings.
      And if we talk about when does this plant blooms.
      In Northern regions of India it blooms only once in the month of November till December, but I have heard Garlic Vine blooms twice in Southern regions of India, once in rainy months June-July and the other in beginning of colder months November-December.
      I hope this helps!😊🙌

    • @ParthMayn
      @ParthMayn  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, it completely depends where you live in! Although I have heard it blooms twice a year. One in rainy months and other in the beginning of colder months. But in my region it blooms only once in the beginning of winter months ( November). I hope it helps!

    • @ParthMayn
      @ParthMayn  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Even my Garlic Vine leaves are burning and dropping right now... Don't bother too much as the temperature is going really high these days, and avoid repotting or shifting it in other container... Wait for monsoon season and it will surely grow well after that.

      As shared before, this problem is occurring due to high temperature. In the rainy season, it will start growing back well. And this applies to all the garlic vines irrespective of the region

    It literally smell like garlic.My vine is growing without much care (not in a pot) and is growing everywhere. I neither compost nor water it. For flowering it requires good amount of sunlight

    • @ParthMayn
      @ParthMayn  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, thanks for rectifying. Actually, when I recorded this video, I was a bit sick, and hence my nose wasn't responding well.
      Also, if you are growing your garlic vine in a pot or container, then it definitely needs fertlizers, but in case, you growing it directly in land, then it requires comparatively less care.

    In VDO at least avoid giving names sounding same name gotu, gohan etc, instead say old middle n new, please, that msy be more useful to viewers i believe

    • @ParthMayn
      @ParthMayn  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for pointing that out. Infact, I was thinking the same to use such terms like Old, Middle, New to describe my three Garlic vines! But I was too late to edit my videos at that point of time. I will certainly try to be more and more precise in my upcoming videos as I am still learning😊Thanks and Appreciate your Feedback on this matter🌱
