I am amazed how easily do you work with pines. I have listened in many videos that pines are very delicate for roots and that you should keep most of the original soil but here you almost removed prety much all the previous soil.
For reporting, it’s safe to remove most if not all old soil, this to eliminate diseases. Pines can sustain hardships above 3-5 years old, so you feel free to reshape and report twice a year. For raised roots like this video shows, kato soil is the key. It can hold moisture very well, at the roots bottom, use akadama like so. Keep moist, then watch it grow nicely. Hope this help.

これは私の盆栽ですが、針金を外せば普通に植え替えできます。
土を新しくしてまた植えても良いですし、別の鉢に植えることもできますよ😊
