SERC Fireside Chat: Mira Murati, CTO of OpenAI

On November 8, 2023, Mira Murati, chief technology officer of OpenAI, spoke with Dan Huttenlocher, dean of the MIT Schwarzman College of Computing. Murati, who joined via Zoom, talked about her experience leading the teams behind ChatGPT and Dall-E, and shared her opinions on the explosive growth of generative AI and the social and ethical issues in computing technologies.
