possible (and more obvious) other deductions: -step back after full twisting tuck back -flexed feet on half turning switch split -.5 to a full point off depending how you feel because you're a judge :P
judges at the European championships and the Olympics judge the same... it was a fair score, with more than a point in deductions. Slight form issues but she maintained excellent rhythm.
Amazing dismount! I really liked this routine, as the commentator said, there were no pauses and she looks very graceful. But I think the score is too high, at the Olympics it wouldn't be so high.
Fair enough. Still, the point I was trying to make is that the judges could take a deduction for lack of choreography if they wanted to and this routine is definitely not perfect. It's pretty good though, my favorite for the beam title in Antwerp so far.
seriously? flexed feet, lack of toe point, crossed legs, if judges want to be picky they could take for lack of amplitude or extention, they could even take a deduction for lack of choreography. her arm waving won't cut it..it's not even pretty Afanasyeva-style arm waving.
Flicking your arms every 5 seconds with no elegance whatsoever doesn't count as choreography. Watch Mustafina's beam from 2010 Worlds. That's what choreography on beam should look like.
