It helps me study for my medical university examinations.I live in girls hostel but this reminds me of the time when I used to prepare for my medical entrance examination in my room at home during rainy season which automatically helps me to study. Recently I couldnt sleep longer than 3 hours cause I just left my abusive family... always waking up with panic and anxiety... today for the first time I slept 6 hours and woke up refreshed... and decided to sleep in a bit more.
