The SC's role is to interpret the Constitution, and follow precedent, not make laws. Furthermore, instead of judging the narrow issues before them, they are digressing into hypotheticals, and making broad rulings on future possibilities, instead of dealing with the case befoe the. Less of the "What ifs", please, and just rule on the case in hand. They are way overstepping their brief, at the behest of their dark money donors. And what is worrying is the way they are taking up cases, which push through the wishes of their puppet masters, cases which have no merit or standing. How much is going through on the shadow dockets that we aren't aware of?

I wish attorney general Merritt Garland of the DOJ would start doing his job and charge at least two of these Supreme Court justices for accepting bribes in the way of a house, money, trips, other perks. They would get none of it if they were not justices who have the power to change how rule of law is applied.
I think really the main thing to take away from all of this is that the founding fathers never saw a guy like Donald Trump coming. And I don't mean that in a good way, they literally thought men would be better than this.
The Supreme Court is acting as legislators for the republican party. Rather than campaign on an issue, let's make it law through republican-led state governments, battle it out in court until it reaches the Supreme Court and then get a ruling in our favor. This completely bypasses the typical democratic process which upholds the will of the people!
