@@mfreund15448 Lol, the 8000 series was light years ahead of Deere back in the day. We jumped ship and bought one and it was the best tractor we ever had. The neighbors were all jealous. And could not believe how quiet and comfortable it was. My first time out, I accidentally stalled the engine and couldn't even hear that it died with the radio on softly. You cant compare to todays tractors but back then they were best by far.
Some people think trees, hills and rivers make beautiful scenery and some think mountains do, which is fine. I enjoy seeing wide open farmland as far as the eye can see. I wish I could experience working in that type of environment once.
I am from Romania, and y ,don't know nothing about these tractors, why they are stop making them?the people,în the comments are say only good things about them.. ..y don't anderstend...
Allis-Chalmers got bought out by Deutz they stopped production and they tried to sell Deutz tractors in U.S. didn't work out very well very well for them.
Like a lot of Companies, the managrment fucked up. That's it. Deutz offered them a deal so nice, they couldn't withstand it. Even the market was bad at this time, if someone at HQ had talked to a farmer they would've kicked the offer out. But well, money doesn't smell, does it? If you're from Romania, you probhably know Fendt. they did kind of the same thing. Sold it to AGCO to get into worldwide Market, especially North America. But they also did substancial mistakes. To much to tell in detail, but yeah...The List of failed Tractor brands is long, very long. And most of them failed by management in the end

Awesome tractors. These were the ones, back in the day, that made John Deere owners jealous because they were so much nicer!
Absolutely! John Deere copied everything about them including the interior color. Saddle tan!
grassgobbler72 The reason everyone compares things to Deere is easy to explain. Deere is the best there is.

Excellent vision. Beautiful tractors, doing it with class.
nice deep soil and a couple of good looking 8070s
Great to see a plowing video where the plowing depth is good and deep ... and not trying to "show off"
Thanks for noticing how deep they go. They average about 14 inches deep
