The touch is imo the most important,I assume u don't know how to juggle at least 50 with different parts of your foot, you should learn that it'll really help,u should also do the knees, the head, even the shoulders. He might've said it in the vid,I haven't watched it yet
@@nelio8426 these are good tips yesterday i tried juggling and my best was 58 but only with knees and both foot shoulder and head are not things i try often
recently got a job at a high school (I'm American, so secondary school) and I took on Varsity Head Soccer (football) coach. I have a Roster of 18, and most (12 or so) have played little to no soccer in the past outside of high school, so there's not a lot of fundamental skill for many of my guys. This channel has been really helpful in helping me breakdown the game to building blocks over the last few weeks
Just in time again. Thank you! Some of my U11 kids really struggle with their 1st touch. Sharing your vid now! Wall training is the best! I always tell my kids, the wall is honest, it'll never lie, or mislead you, it will expose your weaknesses. It will always give you a perfect pass back, if you can first give it a perfect pass.
A great first touch, together with proper vision and awareness, really is the key to opening up sooo many more options on the field 🔑 Great video once again, you deserve all the success coming your way 🎉
@@thefootballfolk Could you make a video about improving vision and awareness on the field,I am good at dribbling but my teammates hate me for not passing the ball 😅
I love your content. Even tho I've been playing football for 22 years, I can see that I need to improve even the basic stuff. I have a good first touch tho, but I think I still can do it much better
Love the content! Could you do a video on top 4-5 exercises to incorporate to a gym routine to improve longevity for us footballers in their mid 30 looking to extend footballing lifeee?
Im new to football and im around the age of ~16. I started 1.5ish weeks ago and i started to get somewhat a hang of it. Several videos made me learn how to kick. And this video. Made me more better and more motivation. Thanks. Sorry if my grammar is weird. English is my second language. And i mostly use it online only. Thanks for the videos
love your videos, I'm from latinoamerica, Peru, and your videos had helped me a lot in my games, I'm playing faster, I'm having better shooting, I'm scoring more goals. I'm recomending this chanel to my friends and I hope they have the patience and watch all your videos. Keep doing amazing bro, blessings
Please learn to load your non receiving leg to be ready to move asap. Also learn to receive the ball NOT under your but ahead of you, which also links to tip 1. Receive the ball ahead of you, the closer you control the ball directly below you; the harder it is to move your body and the ball.
Amazing content the information and the analysis in the video are exceptional, but the thing that blows me away is the editing and how enjoyable is the watching experience. Are you editing your videos on your own or you have an editor? Thank you again for the amazing content! 👍
If you improve just the confidence in your own first touch, that means the next decision can be made before receiving the ball. The compounded benefit of that alone is massive.
Watched this with my boy, and we both had de ja vu when seeing some of your shots. Realised you were shooting these videos in Eastbourne. Knew it was familiar! Keep up the great work.
Thanks mate. I’ll make a video on that at some point 😁 If you check out this video it sort of touches on that 👍 - th-cam.com/video/GUbuKgIAh-w/w-d-xo.html
Great video I do think a follow up video that could be helpful is how exactly do you make your foot like sand and not a trampoline. I feel like a lot of people struggle with that in particular
Your previous video really helped improving my weak foot. But I am very bad at doing skills, I have fast pace but still I am not able to do skills. I dont know what is the reason, maybe lack of confidence or something else 😢.
Thanks for sharing, confidence can be a factor, also coordination, balance & timing could be playing a role. I would suggest focusing on 1 skill and try to get the timing and control down. Once you feel comfortable with that I’m confident other skills will come easier 👍
Hello brother i just wanna thank you for your hard work Recently I’ve been watching your videos and you inspired me to try new things each months and now I’m switching into playing with my left foot ( weak foot ) thanks to your video and by some hard work I don’t think I’m gonna go back to my default settings 🤣
My preference has always been to work with both feet as much as I can equally otherwise I will always have one foot more dominant. I even drove with both feet because I didn't want to train always one foot to do one thing 😅
Could you make a video of how to think about shooting ? I'm a winger and way too often I find myself in ideal positions to shoot but I always forget the goal and think of passing the ball. At an amateur level every non-striker seem to do that same error from what I've seen
How well does the skill transfer if i train with running shoes, bare feet etc to --> proper football boots? Like if i train at home bare feet, will it be the same as i train with my football boots
Hey I’ve been loving your content. If I could just make a small suggestion. Try to include a reminder to like the video because I found myself watching a handful of videos without liking them, when I would have if I was simply reminded. Interestingly the ending suggestions of your videos are great and get me excited to check out your other content (enough for me to forget to drop a like). All the best!
I know I already posted a coment here but I must ask. Could you please make a tutorial on how to improve vision? If you read this thank you for your time again. :)
That's me too. I never played for school or something. I never had a coach. But I begin to play like street football and to freestyle tricks. But I also like to kill the ball like Berbatov. I also played 11 vs 11 games but this is not my game. I'm better at playing indoor or Futsal.
Unlike me (I dont have friends to play with so i play alone😢), you should take active part in football matches and get exposure to real life situation where ball can reach you from any direction/at any speed, etc. I can say so bcuz once I play with my younger brother and he could defend me easily. He was a basketball player btw...
Thank you so much Tony for providing such quality content for free.
