There is something unique about Acholi song in celebrating Uganda Uganda martyre by archdiocese of Gulu 2019. I came to this conclusion after observing many past events at Namugongo. This was one of the best and well attended and organized events since the death of the martyres It has put Uganda as one of the best Catholic Churches in Africa. Thanks to the Acholi Gospel cultural songs. It can not be imitated in its original form.
What Gulu team did in Namugongo was historical and you could see the spirit filled congregation and choir. Brings me to tears whenever I listen to the songs. May the Lord bless each of you for this ministry. I think it was really cheerful but yet prayerful
Gulu archdiocese need to be called once again after covid19 to lead the celebration of the Uganda martyrs. It has been one of the best ever since the death of Martyrs. The organisers deserve much appreciation
