I'm glad someone feels the same. Netflix subs are just not it. I've been watching kdramas for years and picked up a little korean enough to watch without subtitles. Back in the day we used to have fan subs and had to wait a day or two for them after the episode aired. They had a different vibe and feel. The subbers translated the words as close to the original. Even idioms and phrases that don't make sense in English were translated literally with explanation in brackets. That way it felt more natural and closer to the language. These days streaming sites they just translate to whatever closest English translations that make sense. It honestly just ruins the vibe if you understand korean. I hope they take this into consideration and hire genuine subbers. Sorry for the long rant its just that I'm glad someone thinks the same
