You can press Shiva when you are channeling your ult without cancelling it- meaning, If you press Shiva just before your ult finishes channeling, you press again after the channel, you can do double shivas.

the tinker isnt a cheater, he has 1400 games with tinker so most likely a spammer. He even makes some mistakes in the mid game. at 17:09 shows it. If it was a script all the util will go to primal
