- L'histoire a été révélée par nos confrères de Week-End. Il se retrouve sans allocations. Depuis trois mois, Stephan Buckland n’obtient plus d’argent sous le «State Recognition Allowance Scheme». Il a refusé de présenter un certificat de moralité («Certificate of Character»). Pour lui, une personne qui a mouillé son maillot pour son pays n’a pas besoin de ce document.

You are the one who has defending the Mauritian title. I was always thinking why you had not accepted the two foreign Proposal which you had rejected for our country in the past. This is, what you are obtaining as compensation nowadays. If you had accepted those proposal before, the level of the runner would had been in higher level. But you wanted to do many thing to your country. In return what you obtain Morality Paper. If that so, the ministers will have to participate in all those competition.
