Yes but its better to not aim bc its easier to see when not aiming but if ur aiming its hard to see and u will keep missing ur shots Edit: keep upgrading the firearm so ur damage is better

The sand worm was the easiest boss ever I just had to shoot in the head with my papsha a few times
