Taco, try taking wheelchairs like that to a rehab/nursing home, many have supply closets for people who can't afford wheelchairs, rolling walkers, it's really helpful to those folks. They will assess to see if it works. They may even have broken or non compliant things for you to take to scrap.
Those are the kind of wheelchairs that will fit in most car trunks. We find them here mostly at the st. Vincent DePaul stores. It can save you a lot to buy them used. Wow,what a difference in the amount of stuff today. What a nice full van. Too bad every day can't be like that! Thanks Taco for another great grip.
I’ve watched Taco for years. He goes to many different towns. The homes today are older, like row houses. Some towns have expanded, lots of newer ones 😊
With the generator, most people tend to toss them if they can't get any power output but you can usually plug an electric drill into them and spin it by hand to get the generator working again
I had one of those exact generators, bought in 2000. Ran great in summer, but would not run right in winter. I did improve it by adding a bent sheetmetal "stove" to feed some exhaust heat to the long inlet pipe, but after a half hour the carb would ice up anyway. Looks like someone cut the generator wiring, so maybe the gen itself is bad, but the engine may still be OK. If it is, it would be a good one for a roto tiller, they had lots of torque. Or a go cart, etc, anything that is a "summer only" application. Cheers!
I taught 34 years in Illinois. Snow days only happened when the bus company said they wouldn’t run or needed to start a few hours late due to icy conditions. 22 degrees would mean there was school. Maybe 10 or 20 below with wind chill would mean too cold!
What a great load. I'm excited to hear about the motor on the generator, and it's your fault. I never would have thought about it on my own😅😅. Love you, young man. Stay safe, healthy, and blessed. ❤😘💞💞🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻✌️
If there isn’t a shutoff on the tank of the generator, use a pair of vice grips to pinch the rubber line off then cut the hose.then drain the tank into a can or some such container
Again I am doing my fantasy picking from your video. Sewing machine drawers for junk journal supplies and brown plastic trash can for recyclables from junk journaling. I have been patching my clothes lately, I like the hand done look.
In south Florida, the elementary students have to go into the classrooms 30 minutes before school starts, during teacher planning time, when the temperature is in the 50’s!
Near Chicago. I'm giving away some trash-picked art supplies. A big bag went to a local seniors' group. I have a bunch for a school, too. Tina, Al's wife
Taco stacks! Taco stacks! Taco stacks!!! For the win of the day!!! Thanks for taking us along for all of this one!!! I appreciate you so much!!! Stay safe stay great and keep up the good work!!!!
I would research that orange and white mower, some collector would probably buy that. There’s a fuel shut off where the gas line goes into the bottom of the tank.
Hi Taco. Great tip from your friend. Nice finds. You are one strong dude. Great haul. If you love your jacket it's cool. I am the same way. Thanks. Hugs for Salsa. Love ya.
Hi Taco . Ok I know you were joking about the walking in the snow and all but when I started school we always walked to school and yes we often had to walk in the snow and cold . It wasn’t a big deal. And yes I guess it was far but we did it. But if it was to bad out a friends mom would take use. That’s the way it was back in early 70s. Take care. PEACE. ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️🥰🥰🥰🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🥰🥰🥰💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Batteries are usually only good for 5 years these days. With all the electronics these days, vehicles need strong Batteries to keep everything running great.
You should take the wheelchairs and walkers to the care facilities and nursing homes the older people can’t afford them and it would help out a lot . Insurance isn’t covering any of the costs
Those drawers from the sewing cabinet go for big bucks! Also, you pick up a lot of “medical” equipment, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, etc. can those items be donated to some organization?
I can not comprehend how this grown man can try wheelchairs, children’s bikes, perfectly fine and medically necessary items that poor sick people can not afford and watch him scrap it for mere pocket change.
The answer is that medical organisations don't reuse second hand medical equipment and in the UK millions off pounds is wasted annually with former patients refused permission to return crutches, walking sticks , and wheel chairs to their local medical centres which is a shameful waste of money.
You know what Taco I was starting school in 1955 the only time we got off from school is if the super tendency could drive to the y on 65 in Hubbard Iowa no delays for school
Don't people buy the drawers from old sewing machines anymore?I think anything below 32degrees they cancel school. Not everyone gets to ride school bus either.I know I wouldn't want to walk in 22!° weather.
I sincerely hope that you don't need that wheelchair after all the heavy lifting🏋. I kept my grandmothers " medical equipment " and some of it turned out to be a life saver when I broke an ankle.

Try a senior center in your area who has a lending closet for the wheelchair/walker.
I came to say the same thing. That looked like a good wheelchair.
I totally agree Medicare really doesn’t pay for Medical Equipment anymore🙏
Veterans centers also
Don't bother trying a hospital, they won't accept due to the liability of if it breaks and the patient gets hurt, then they get sued.

That's a nice wheelchair. That will be very useful to someone.
Wow, they must have cleaned out the garage! Dave is a good friend to give you a heads up! Great picking today TS.

Hey Taco,i love your trash attack technique's, nobody does it better !

That was a good amount of different finds, congratulations! I admire how you stack everything into pyramids in your van 😉😄
The HARDEST WORKING SCRAPPER IN THE BUSINESS 🎉🎉❤🙏

that first pick up is a grim site, poor grandma

That's the pan where they fried the turkey!!!😂😂😂😂
Gotta load full 👍🤓👍. Stay warm and safe taco
I know you are pressed for space till the spring flea market season starts, but I sure would've kept those little sewing machine drawers.
I'm from Canada, and I never, ever had a snow day off school, even when it was -40!
I live in Wisconsin, we would close if it was -25, windchill was factored in. We had/have a lot of kids that walk to school, just too dangerous 😊
@@johngodbout7341 you Canadians are a hardy bunch of folks!
@@thebestduofr1210 school was never canceled when I was a kid.
It's a cold Friday here in Indianapolis too. I don't even want to go outside. Stay warm Taco Stacks. Hope you find a lot of good treasures out there.
You never stop learning great videos keep them coming
TACO, What a Van full of great things to sell, it is a full Van of things to sell . Give Salsa, a hug and Let her run.!!!!!!!❤😊❤😊
You’re so funny about your jacket! My husband wears his until it’s well worn (shredded) too! 😂
Wow, what a great haul! Oh, I love sunflowers (not the frame though). Take it easy and happy weekend, Taco and Salsa.
Once again, Taco Stacks ‘’hardest working man on TH-cam’’!

Good morning Taco. Today has been a great day. Have a great day and keep warm and safe 💗.
In south Florida, the elementary students have to go into the classrooms 30 minutes before school starts, during teacher planning time, when the temperature is in the 50’s!
Clamp the gas line with a pair of vise grips. Then cut the fuel line. Leave enough hose so you can drain the tank into a container. Then remove engine
All kinds of different items...always enjoy your videos. Always interesting...🥰🥰
Those big soup pots are very expensive. I would think you could get $5 easily at the flea market.
Near Chicago. I'm giving away some trash-picked art supplies. A big bag went to a local seniors' group. I have a bunch for a school, too. Tina, Al's wife
What a great haul today! Have a great weekend!
You should sell that wheel chair or donate it instead of the landfill or scrap yard
Taco, the HE man! 💪🏋️♂️
Wow that was heavy!! But you got her in there. Great job Taco!!
You go Taco!!
Taco stacks! Taco stacks! Taco stacks!!! For the win of the day!!! Thanks for taking us along for all of this one!!! I appreciate you so much!!! Stay safe stay great and keep up the good work!!!!
I really liked the green chair and the black one that seemed to match.
You have my favorite hoodie on as well.
Wow u found alot of things good haul😊😊🎉🎉
For the battery issue, change it now. Batteries only last usually 5 years. change it now before it decides to die.
Especially in view of the cold weather and snow.
I totally want that rocking chair, lol.
Tractor Supply has Carhart outerwear on sale around Christmas or shortly after
try looking at the good will/thrift shops for Wool sweaters to wear over your hoodies. Wool is all you need for sub zero weather. 😄
😊😊And not just sub zero
I would research that orange and white mower, some collector would probably buy that. There’s a fuel shut off where the gas line goes into the bottom of the tank.
That is a good wheelchair.
Great bit of luck !!❤❤😊😊
Great finds today.
Have you thought about school's nurse's office can use wheelchairs.
Yes nice one
Hi Taco. Great tip from your friend. Nice finds. You are one strong dude. Great haul. If you love your jacket it's cool. I am the same way. Thanks. Hugs for Salsa. Love ya.
Cool painting.

I didn't ever walk to school in the snow. Mind you my high school was over 20miles away!!😊😅
BOY THAT POT CAN GET YOU 10 BUCKS😊😊😊😊😊😊
Here in South Carolina we call it a peanut pot for boiling peanuts they sell for big money at the flea market and so do the boiled peanuts
A nice hot pork roll sandwich would hit the spot 😋
Maybe you could donate the wheel chair
Watching! 💕
I’m like you I don’t ever remember school being delayed for cold in Idaho
I would try starting that motor
You could close the fuel line on the generator with a pair of vice grips.
PUT THE FROZEN GREASE OUT FOR THE BIRDS
Good idea!
Glad it was a good day♥️
You’re gonna pay for that later. Ouch!
You loaded up today!😊
Batteries are usually only good for 5 years these days. With all the electronics these days, vehicles need strong Batteries to keep everything running great.
If youvwant to buy and have a tractor supply they usually put them on sale soon maybe after Christmas.
You should take the wheelchairs and walkers to the care facilities and nursing homes the older people can’t afford them and it would help out a lot . Insurance isn’t covering any of the costs
Batteries are expensive, my 2018 Cadillac still has the original one and I know it can't last forever, it is located in the trunk.
We had 4 above zero this morning in northern michigan and about 2 feet of snow.
Small metal flat ramp would help
Those fans with the brown or blue blades are worth selling on ebay .
Wheels chairs too
Those drawers from the sewing cabinet go for big bucks! Also, you pick up a lot of “medical” equipment, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, etc. can those items be donated to some organization?

Nice video quality.
The lions club takes medical equipment.
Nice haul sure hope that heavy generator didn't do a number on your back.
Don't people buy the drawers from old sewing machines anymore?I think anything below 32degrees they cancel school. Not everyone gets to ride school bus either.I know I wouldn't want to walk in 22!° weather.
Our Ambulances have a Medical Closet ! You can go there and borrow equipment ! Maybe you can try there to donate ? Have A great weekend !
Prepare yourself on the cost of your van battery .my kia needed its battery replaced over $130 .00 ,right when I was low on money .
Could be deep fryer for turkey, hence the fat
When you were putting the generator in the van, I was worried it had fuel in it and you were going to get wet.
👍
Thank you for
Taco I like that big pot with the lid that's a nice pot
Probably delayed school to give heating time to get the building warm.
7:13 Nice picture!
Please donate the walkers, wheel chairs and other useful medical equipment to the Veterans. They need these items everyday.
Fun day ✌🏻
Walker and wheel chair worth a few dollars n
Donate they to vets
Not touch paintings? Somehow I wouldn't worry about that one; the only good part was the frame anyway.
👍😍
❤❤❤❤
Minnesota has a wind chill below 40below they dont have school
Put a spark plug in the line.
❄️❄️❄️❄️👏👏👏👏🇬🇧🤠
They should donate wheel chairs they cost a lot
❤🐨

Great medal day
Majority of those houses have no yard. Is that how the housing areas are over where you're at?
This is "in town" that's how these small towns around here are. The suburbs around here have yards.
Taco stacks could you donate the wheelchairs to St Jude hospital for the children go to the veterans
