- After many difficulties I managed to Cross the Ivory Coast & Ghana Border and stayed in a unplanned Town. Next day randomly we planned to visit the Cocoa & Rubber Farm in Remote Ghanaian Village in West Africa.

At first GHANA has the biggest cocoa exportation but it tho to galamsey (illegal mining) they have destroyed so many lands so now Ivory Coast are now the biggest cocoa farm and exportation as well. Also well come to GHANA my motherland and also the gateway to Africa ❤🇬🇭

Coco trees 🌳 plantations are like rubber plantations. In Tripura and kelera rubber plantations are ample.

Though I am an agriculture graduate, I never saw cocoa and rubber trees bcoz they are mostly not grown in India, thanks for this amazing info🙏
Both are grown in India.
Rubber plantations are there in Kerala, Coastal Karnataka & Malnad ( not sea side), N E India, Andamans, etc. Been grown for over 60 yrs. There is a Rubber Board too. Can be googled for more info.
Not in Andhrapradesh's harsh weather.
Cocoa also in areas generally in India as a secondary crop. ( in coastal Karnataka & Malenad areas atleast).
CAMPCO is one cooperative company manufacturing chocolates & supplying cocoa to MNCs locally too.
You are mistaken these plants grow in Kerala
Visit northeast i can't say much about cocoa but we have plenty of rubber garden my paternal uncle too have rubber garden of around 4 acre.
Now i understand why our graduates are so unemployed 😅

It is surprising how an agriculture graduate doesn't know our own Indian crops.Rubber and cocoa are widely grown in our south India especially coastal karnataka and kerala
