I'm also confused in this regard after research i found that real Jeeps were petrol engine jeeps. Later mahindra put International engine which isn't good at all so what to do? I think DI turbo is a good option and it still remains a jeep. What's your view about international engine? (I am talking about CJ3B jeeps)

If you search engine in low budget than go for toyata qualis engine, this engine silent than mdi engine, If you want some expensive engine than go crde engine that more Powerful and silent than mdi, so you have change your all wiring and gearbox, My suggestion is go for mdi engine, this more best and low budget for your mm540, use Scorpio mdi engine that output power 109 bhp is higher than bolero mdi engine that's power 65 or 70 bhp
