you are absolute;y wrong engineer,. high rise buildings are using pneumatic pump to maintain the hot and cold water from basments directly to the floor, ythere is no need service floor my dear engineer ..

Service slab not at all required.
Even 40 stories building we doing gravity distribution system.
Some of the projects we have done. Combination of both gravity and hydropneumatic pneumatic system.
